Coastal Living Magazine said it best: "I'On is the sort of pedestrian-friendly, intimate place that people long thought couldn't be build today." Holy Cross parishioner and nationally-recognized designer Vince Graham began to create the I'On community in 1998. Since then, I'on has grown into a beautiful Lowcountry village that has been named "Best Neighborhood In The Nation" by the National Association of Home Builders.

From the very beginning, I'On was designed to have an Episcopal (Anglican) Church, and the Church of the Holy Cross will be that Church.
